I tried everything and still can't log in.
Make sure you are typing the username and password exactly as you registered.
Example:    Jennifer is NOT the same as jennifer. (note the capital J)

I am on a dialup Internet connection, will I have any problems with this class?
The class is designed to load fast on any internet connection.

The only slow-down you might experience is with the secure server during registration. Because of the encryption, the connection process is often very slow. Please be patient. Once the payment process has been completed, you will leave the secure site and be immediately directed to the online parenting class you purchased and there will be no problems with speed. Our parenting class is designed to load fast not matter what speed your internet connection is.
